I chuckled though the instructor making jokes about NCLEX styles questions and being prepared to have all the answers be correct yet only one being the best answer. I giggled a bit at the nursing students around me being completely frazzled and overwhelmed. Not because I am somehow better but because I remember exactly where they are and being in their shoes at the start of LPN school. Obviously this school is completely different then my LPN school and therefore things are run completely different. However, I definitely have a slight advantage entering in. I do know NCLEX style questions, I know the pressures of skills exams, I know what clinicals are like etc. I think mostly for me it will be just settling into a new style of how things are done. The instructor running the class I have for one of my classes so it's always nice to meet them beforehand.
Monday...Ekkk... My journey into RN school begins!
